The Acropora navini is a new species recently described by Veron.This coral species generally appears as a hybridization between a tortuosa species and an echinata. It has a very interesting corallite form and branching pattern. The coral appears to develop larger Blue colored areas under moderate to intense lighting. It may do fine under low lighting but will develop a turquoise color with blue corallite edges. Water current is moderate.
